Jams, Chutneys, Marmalades and Honey

We are a family business based in the small hamlet of Reedley Hallows on the outskirts of Burnley in the heart of Lancashire.

We have been passionate about producing delicious jams and chutneys for three generations.   My grandparents passed down their skills to my parents and them to me and with the help of a well established fruit garden.

The entire process is done by hand and made in small batches to ensure the highest standards.

We take pride in what we do and the taste sets our products apart in terms of both quality and flavour from factory produced products.

We cannot of course grow enough fruit to meet demand but we source as much as we can locally.

This year our damsons will come not only from the Lythe Valley but also from Padiham and most of our Gooseberries are sourced in Trawden, near Colne.

Our jams contain no additives, preservatives or extra commercial pectin – we use only fruit, sugar and occasionally lemon juice.

Ours is: ‘Jam Just As It Should Be’
